  • Thanks for helping the Tarahumara keep their culture and way of life intact. I just finished “Born to Run”by Chris McDougall. Thanks for making a difference and helping other Caballo Blanco! Maybe some day I will come down for a trail run. I will email you first though. And, don’t worry. I don’t need babysitting. Been trail running since I was 17. :) A

    • I too just finished the book and really enjoyed it. It made me realize again what a privilege it was to be at the race in Urique and meet Caballo Blanco.

I am almost finished with my documentary about the motorcycle ride to the canyons. The race was the final chapter of a great ride and a great experience. I’ll update as soon as the movie is done and share the trailer soon!

So very refreshing to read about people that are indeed REAL people. What a great group of people that are so focused on what is, or can be, good in life. Ohhhh,,,,,, to only be 40 years younger!!!

I just finished Born to Run. It made me remember why I started running in the first place; I love to just run. I couldnt put the book down, it was so amazing to learn about every person that was spoke about, and it makes you want to run down to those canyons. We need more people in the world like Caballo… to help us not forget that we can run free… :)

A great tribute to a great people, the Tarahumara. I felt as though I was there. To only have that awesome opportunity to first hand experience being with and running with the greatest runners on the planet, as well as the priviledge of first hand living by the side of the Tarahumara and Caballo Blanco.

Sensational! I’ve already told numerous people about the book- the adventure!
